Simple pixel art editor with (almost) infinite canvas.
Features
- Simple and intuitive UI
- (Almost) infinite canvas
- The center frame region is exported as the final image
- You can make use of the blank space as a temporary working buffer, color palette, etc
- If settings are enabled, the continuous vertical frames are treated as layers and the successive horizontal frames are regarded as animation frames
- Support PNG file format
- Created images are saved as PNG files (with additional metadata)
- You can load existing PNG files and use Pixcil as a dot-by-dot PNG file editor

Wait... Did you remove the downloadable program? This was one of many pixel art programs I was planning on adding in a video about accessible downloadable pixel art programs. I'll either have to leave the program out or just redistribute the original executable, but only with your permission.
Oh, sorry. I had some trouble to build the Windows binary. Now the version 0.4.0 has been uploaded.
(BTW, the previous file was named "pixcil-0.5.0.exe", but the actual version was 0.3.0 😅)
